TITAN Technology Partners completes acquisition of SAP services provider Titanium Consulting Group
CHARLOTTE, NC - (January 10, 2006) – TITAN Technology Partners, a leading provider of ERP hosted/managed industry solutions, has completed their acquisition of SAP services provider Titanium Consulting Group, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The acquisition expands TITAN Technology Partners’ ability to support the growing SAP customer base with professional services, hosted and managed service solutions. The acquisition increases the installed base, talent and leadership with TITAN toward its primary goal of becoming the elite provider of outsourced industry solutions. For Titanium Consulting Group, the combination offers its clients and employees the advantage of a larger firm with hosting and managed services experience. Michael Norris has been appointed Senior Vice President of SAP Professional and Managed Services. Mr. Norris’s primary responsibilities will be managing the quality and delivery of SAP solutions for our clients. Mr. Norris brings over 20 years of consulting experience to TITAN, including 13 years' experience in the SAP arena. Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. Norris was the founding partner of Titanium Consulting Group and was responsible for the delivery of SAP solutions. Prior to founding Titanium Consulting Group, Mr. Norris was Vice President of SAP practice at Metamor Enterprise Solutions.
Chuck Stahl has been appointed Senior Vice President of SAP Business Development. Mr. Stahl’s primary responsibilities are the growth of our SAP business. Mr. Stahl brings more than 21 years of IT experience in industry and consulting which includes over 10 years in SAP. Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. Stahl served as the partner responsible for the growth of Titanium Consulting Group. Prior to joining Titanium Consulting Group, Mr. Stahl co-founded and served as CEO of SAP services’ provider itelligence USA.
