TITAN Technology Partners and Pinnacle Combine to Create Oracle Hyperion Industry Leader
CHARLOTTE, NC - (August 18, 2008) – TITAN Technology Partners, a global provider of consulting and outsourced industry solutions, today announced it has acquired Pinnacle Group Worldwide, a global consulting firm specializing in Oracle’s Hyperion® financial system solutions primarily to Fortune 1000 clients. Pinnacle Group Worldwide was founded in 1995 and is a two time member of Inc. magazine’s fastest growing privately held companies published as the Inc.500.
The powerful combination creates the leading services provider of Hyperion solutions, with over 350 Hyperion clients served globally by a team of over 125 dedicated Hyperion professionals. The acquisition strengthens TITAN’s position as an elite provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to its global clients.
From its base in New York City, Pinnacle Group Worldwide serves clients throughout the Americas and Europe. Additionally, Pinnacle adds several innovative software solutions for Hyperion and a Hyperion Development Center in Central America to compliment TITAN centers in India, Singapore, and the USA.

Andrew Jorgensen has been appointed Senior Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Jorgenson was a Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Pinnacle Group Worldwide and brings over 18 years experience in implementing and deploying performance management solutions. Prior to co-founding Pinnacle Group Worldwide, Andrew served in the consulting practice for Hyperion. Prior to this, Andrew was focused on delivering performance management solutions in the Financial Services industry.
Michael Fuori has been appointed Senior Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management. Mr. Fuori brings over 23 years experience in providing technology solutions focused around performance management. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Fuori was a Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Pinnacle Group Worldwide. Prior to co-founding Pinnacle Group Worldwide, Mr. Fuori served in the consulting practice for Hyperion. Mr. Fuori also spent 10 years deploying performance management solutions in the financial services industry.
